Ft300:

The Ft300 is a transducer rod for the echo sounder on the boat.So that the echo sounder receives a signal, there is an echo sounder transducer that has to be kept underwater with a cable that is attached to the echo sounder. These accessories do just that. Every common echo sounder transducer fits on this bracket. The maximum possible thickness of an echo sounder transducer is 40 mm.

Due to its short length and low-lying fixing screw, the transducer rod is more suitable for flat-lying boats, such as kayaks or belly boats. For dinghy riders, the accessories with the article number Ft600 or the 100 mm longer Ft400 are more suitable.If you still want to use this accessory for your inflatable boat, you can either install it with the bracket FMb on the stern of your inflatable boat or with the bracket FMp224 on the side of the boat skin. Attached to the transom you have to bend down every time to get the echo sounder out of the water. Belly boat owners like to mount this accessory on the outer tube tip. There the threaded connection is easy to reach and when not in use the transducer rod can be easily adjusted upwards by 180°.

The stiffness of the bracket is adjustable.If necessary. the threaded connection can be loosened so that if, for example, a moving inflatable boat collides with an obstacle, the bracket does not break, but rather tilts. This function helps to protect the sensor from damage.

The length of the echo sounder transducerin the assembled state is 330 mm, (measured in the 90° bent state).

FMb:

The FMb is a mounting system with a round base, which can be mounted on any hard surface, such as wood, aluminum , Plastic or fiberglass plastic, is provided. Thanks to the small, round base, the FMb holder takes up minimal space.

The bracket is attached to the surface with 4 screws. The package includes 4 self-tightening wood screws and 4 normal screws with nuts.

-For wooden surfaces the 4 self-tightening wood screws are used.

-Forsurfaces, such as aluminum or GRP boats, the 4 normal screws with the nuts are used. A hole has to be drilled in the surface beforehand. In the next step, the screw is inserted into the hole and fastened at the lower end with the nut.
